Create an attorney register which is easily manageable
The platform allows the creation of an attorney list according to the requisites and criteria chosen by the Entity in a fully autonomous way. The Entity decides which professionals to validate, independently logs on to the platform to consult updated information and documents, exports in Excel, PDF and CSV the results of its research made by the use of filters (ex. geographical area, fields of competence etc.). The attorney register’s maintenance and update processes are carried out by 4cLegal (survey and substitution of expired documents, update of the attorneys’ qualifications and competencies etc.).
Starting of competitive procedures
The Entity picks the attorneys from its own digital list and invites them to formulate an offering assistance for a specific job. Hence, it compares the offers received and chooses the best one, in a fully transparent and traceable way. The competitive confrontation can be organized following extremely flexible criteria as for the number of participants (from 1 upwards) and can be made either including economic quotations, or in a “qualitative” way – hence, including only those elements related to the attorneys’ experiences and competences.
Transparency
The Entity can extract in Excel format the data required by the normative in matters of transparency as related to the external legal jobs, or it can directly receive in the website’s section “Transparency” (through automated flow) the data required for publication. In this second case, the publication of data is anonymous.
