INNOVATIVE PROCUREMENT OBSERVATORY – VOLUME NO. 1

In the first volume of STUDIO AMICA’s Innovative Procurement Observatory, we analyzed the experience of AREUS (Regional Emergency Medical Service of Sardinia), which completed a Pre-Commercial Procurement aimed at identifying solutions for managing helicopter rescue operations in adverse weather conditions. The volume includes details of the challenge issued by the Contracting Authority AREUS to the market, the tender strategy defined during the planning phase, and the timeline for the project's completion.
