(a publicly owned in-house asset management company responsible for the design and implementation of infrastructure owned by the City of Brescia) launched a Competitive Dialogue to identify innovative solutions aimed at optimizing and improving radio/cellular connectivity performance within the Brescia Metro Line. INNOVATIVE PROCUREMENT OBSERVATORY – VOLUME NO. 2

In the second volume of STUDIO AMICA’s Innovative Procurement Observatory, we analyzed the experience of Brescia Infrastrutture S.r.l. (a publicly owned in-house asset management company responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure owned by the City of Brescia), which successfully managed a Competitive Dialogue aimed at identifying solutions to improve radio/cellular connectivity performance within the Metro Line. The volume includes details of the challenge launched by the Contracting Authority Brescia Infrastrutture, the tender strategy defined during the planning phase, the timeline for the project’s completion, and the lessons learned by the Contracting Authority during the management of the Innovative Procurement.
